Suresh Packers & Movers Terms & Conditions

1. Services Offered: Suresh Packers & Movers (“the Company”) provides packing and moving services as per the terms and conditions outlined herein. The services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of goods.

2. Booking and Confirmation: Customers must book our services in advance. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

3. Charges and Payments: The charges for our services are determined based on the volume, distance, and nature of the goods being transported. Customers are required to make payments as per the agreed-upon terms. Any additional charges incurred during the move will be communicated to the customer for settlement.

4. Packing and Handling: The Company is responsible for packing and handling goods with due care. Customers are encouraged to inspect the packing before the commencement of the move. Any damages or discrepancies should be reported immediately.

5. Transit Insurance: The Company provides basic transit insurance coverage for the goods during transportation. Customers have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage for valuable items.

6. Delivery Schedule: While the Company endeavors to adhere to the agreed-upon delivery schedule, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. The Company shall not be held liable for any consequential losses arising from delays in delivery.

7. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the goods to be moved. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the availability of parking and necessary permits for the moving vehicle.

8. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing. Refund policies are as follows:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled move: Full refund
• Cancellation 2-7 days before the scheduled move: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled move: No refund

9. Claims and Complaints: Any claims for damages or losses must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery. The Company will investigate the matter and, if found valid, provide appropriate compensation.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
